Dealer FAQ
How do I submit an order?
- You can place an order by completing an Order Form or company PO and emailing it to orders@strasserwood.com.
- If submitting a PO, please group each vanity with the coordinating countertop and hardware selections. Make sure you are including all specifications on your PO- failure to do so will result in a delay in production.
- Calculate the cost by using the List Price found in the price book with your company multiplier. Incorrect pricing may cause a delay in order processing.
How does your Benjamin Moore Color Palette process work?
- Once the homeowner selects a color from the Benjamin Moore Collection, please submit a PO for a color sample along with a $100 deposit. The deposit will be credited to the vanity order. The sample order can not be bypassed and typically adds 2 weeks to the lead time.
- Once the sample is approved, place an order using this form.
- BMC orders are not returnable.
Can I order a custom vanity?
While we don’t produce custom vanities, through our Special Orders program you are able to make some dimensional modifications. Please complete our Special Order Form and send to special@strasserwood.com to see if your request is possible.
What is included with the vanity?
Each vanity includes hardware (with the option of finger pulls or no-drill). Wall mount vanities come with a French cleat. Customers also have the option to add a coordinating countertop at an additional cost. Countertops include a bowl and backsplash.
How do I know my order has been processed?
Once we receive your order, we will add it to our system and send an order confirmation to the email address that submitted the PO or order form. When the order ships, a shipping confirmation is sent to this contact as well.
How long does it take for my customer to receive their vanity?
- Our standard production/shipping time is 4-6 weeks from when we receive your PO. If you do not provide all required specifications, production will be delayed.
- If the order is for a BMC vanity, a color order sample is required before the order is finalized. The ordering and approval of the color sample typically adds 2 weeks to the lead time.
- If you are ordering a Strasser vanity and Simplicity vanity in the same PO, the order will ship with Strasser lead times.
