$200 per purchase order
If drop ship is needed, an additional $200 will be added to the freight on the PO. Before the vanity goes into production, homeowner contact infomation must be provided.
*Drop Ship charge includes liftgate and residential delivery fees
If Liftgate is needed without residential delivery, fee is $75
